HUMMINGBIRD pattern made by Syracuse China. This is the pattern that the Louisville & Nashville Railraod used in their dining car of the Humming Bird , which was a named train of the LOUISVILLE & NASHVILLE Railroad (L&N). The train began runningin 1946 from Cinninati, OH to New Orleans, LA running through Lousiville and Nashville, along with Birmingham, Montgomery and Mobile, AL and later via a connection at Bowling Green, Kentucky to Memphis, TN.
