Sales - Payments - Shipping - Refunds

SALES - We take pride in offering quality Vintage Items in our online shop. I inspect everything before I offer it for sale. I try my very best to describe my items accurately, but being human, I may miss something. Please view pictures closely, I try to accurately photograph the item to give you a good visual of the condition. Please keep in mind due to the vintage nature of the merchandise being offered, some pieces naturally have imperfections or minor wear as we so note in our descriptions. If you would like to see more pictures or have any question concerning a piece, send us your email address and I will promptly respond with an answer or additional pictures. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review ALL the photographs and the ENTIRE written description prior to placing an order. We welcome ANY questions PRIOR to purchasing, but please understand that we cannot be responsible for any disappointment that may arise from you not having read the description or viewing the photographs. We would never intentionally misrepresent an item just to "make a sale". We do consider Best Offers on listed items.

Please email us first to verify the availability of the item you are interested in. Include your zip code to enable us to provide you an accurate shipping quote. Buyer is responsible for actual shipping; insurance is optional but strongly recommended. If you opt not to purchase insurance, we can not be responsible for uninsured items. For most items we do not charge an extra handling fee. Sales Tax of 6.25% applies to Illinois Customers.

PAYMENT - Sebil’s Online Country Collectibles accepts the following payment options:
Paypal and Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards through Paypal. Personal and certified checks. Money Orders. If you are paying by check, your order will be held for seven (7) business days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock. All checks must be drawn on United States banks, and we will hold the item(s) for you for an additional 7-10 business days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged for any returned checks. All checks are to be made payable to "Sonja E. Baker" Money orders must be drawn only on United States Banks or the United States Postal Service. We prefer United States Postal money orders which are usually the least costly but we will accept your personal bank money order. Orders paid by postal money order will usually be shipped within 1 business day of receipt unless otherwise stated, other money orders will ship as soon as my bank clears the payment. All money orders are to be paid to the order of "Sonja E. Baker ". We accept Paypal and Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express processed through PayPal. Credit cards are accepted only if item(s) are shipped to the confirmed billing address. Online ordering system is hosted on a secure server using encryption technology.

SHIPPING - We ship USPS Priority mail, Parcel Post, First Class and UPS ground for certain items. Again, email us first to verify the availability of the item you are interested in. Include your zip code to enable us to provide you an accurate shipping quote. Buyer is responsible for actual shipping; insurance is optional but strongly recommended. If you opt not to purchase insurance, we can not be responsible for damage or loss of uninsured items. Items are shipped within 3 days of cleared payment unless otherwise stated. We take extra care to pack your treasures to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, it is essential that you retain all original boxes and shipping material. You must take the entire order (the complete contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. post office to file your claim. The U.S. post office will assist you with your claim. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged item back to us. This will void the postal insurance and we will not be able to get you a refund. The original shipping and insurance cost is not refundable. Insurance claims are handled between you and the postal service. Currently we are not offering International Shipping, please email for exceptions.

REFUNDS - Your business and satisfaction are important to us. In the event you feel you must return an item(s), you have the right within three (3) business days of receiving the item(s) to rescind the transaction by notifying us regarding return shipment of the item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and postmarked within three (3) business days of your notification that the item(s) is being returned. Refunds will be issued less shipping, insurance, and any applicable PayPal or Credit Card fees. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. and the original shipping charges are not refundable. NO REFUNDS will be issued for item(s) that have been altered or damaged in any way.
