This is a wonderful Estate Sale find, a Shawnee Embossed Laurel Blue Leaves Teapot marked as a 1945 Wedding Gift. It has the standard blue leaves, plus gold trim and Pink rose bouquets. There is a very old piece of masking tape on the bottom with the following handwritten memo, “Wedding Gift 1945 from Grandmother & Grandfather Grater” (Or it could be Groter). It appears to be in Excellent near mint condition, I see NO wear, chips or cracks...
