National Potteries Porcelain Egg Planter NAPCO 5"

Here is a Porcelain Egg Planter marked with a "National Potteries Co., Cleveland, OH, Made in Japan" silver foil label on the bottom, which dates it to at least the 1960s. There is an item number, but I am unable to make out all the numbers. This 3 legged NAPCO piece stands approximately 5 1/8" tall and 3 1/2" diameter at widest point. It is decorated with yellow roses with brown leaves and trimmed in gold. This piece is in very good vintage condition showing shelf wear on the bottom of the feet, but otherwise very nice condition, no chips or cracks.
