Cobalt Blue & Clear 10.5" Twisted Stem Brandy Snifter

Here is a Beautiful Colbalt Blue and Clear Glass stemmed vase, Brandy Snifter tall goblet. This piece stands approximately 10 1/2" tall, 4" diameter base, the bowl is about 3 1/8" in diameter at the rim and about 4 1/4" diameter at the widest point. The stem is clear and looks to be a twisted swirl stem. This piece of stemware could be a decorative vase or large wine glass or goblet. I do not see any marker's ID. It appears to be in near mint condition, I do not see any cracks, chips or scratches. This is an Estate Auction find and I can not be sure how old it is.
