Fenton’s 1973 Mother’s Day Commemorative Plate depicting “The Small Cowper Madonna” painted in 1505 by Raphael. This is Number 3 in the annual Mother’s Day Plates by Fenton. It is approximately 7 ˝” in diameter and appears to be in excellent condition. View pictures closely, I try to accurately photograph the item to give you a good visual of the condition.
