Fenton Carnival Glass Mother's Day Plate 1971

Fenton’s 1971 Mother’s Day Commemorative carnival glass Plate depicting “Madonna with the Sleeping Child”, the original glazed terra cotta relief from which this plate was designed has been attributed to Michelozzo a 15th century artist of the Florentine school. This is the first in the Mother’s Day series. It is approximately 7 ˝” in diameter and appears to be in excellent condition. View pictures closely, I try to accurately photograph the item to give you a good visual of the condition.
