Vintage~~ multi- rhinestoned brooch by KRAMER which is also signed as well. Gold tone and black wires fashioned into flowers and set-- flower onto flower onto flower. Center flower is larger and features a rhinestone in the very middle. 8 additional rhinestones places around outer circle. All work is see through from black to gold....some of the black had gold showing thru don't know if it was original or not. But the look is still beautiful...

Circular design of clear rhinestones ! This brooch is unusual in its design...as each arm holds two clear rhinestones ---each of them equals in size. They simply radiate outward from the center of this almost 2 inch wide ---like a canoe appendage. Pin latch is stationary-- does not move----and has a rotating closure locking mechanism. Under locking pin is a small area of discoloration on the left side of the pin arm.Pin itself also has very small area of discoloration at the area...
