Vintage~~ multi- rhinestoned brooch by KRAMER which is also signed as well. Gold tone and black wires fashioned into flowers and set-- flower onto flower onto flower. Center flower is larger and features a rhinestone in the very middle. 8 additional rhinestones places around outer circle.
