Norman Rockwell 6 1/2" Collector Plate MINT!

This is a hanging plate that measures 6 1/2 inches in diameter and features a hanger on the back for hanging on the wall. I am not sure what year it was made, it states made in Japan on the bottom of the plate. On the front is a young boy trying to thread a needle. It's adorable. Thanks for looking
