Antique Lamberton Works Sugar and Creamer, Green Vine

This is a beautiful antique sugar and creamer set made by Thomas Maddock and Lamberton Works, circa 1893. This set is very old but amazingly, outside of the wear on the gold, this set is in great condition! There are NO chips, cracks, flea bites or crazing on these two remarkable pieces of American pottery! Made in Trenton N.J. by the Thomas Maddock Pottery company. They were taken over in the early 1920's by Scammell china and they continued to make fine porcelain items and china for restaurant and railroad use! This set is gorgeous with green vines, and leaves on a white background trimmed in gold. Again, there is nothing wrong with this pair but wear on the gold trim! You have to seei them! They are gorgeous and a great collector find! Email me for a picture of the mark which features an M over an oval with Maddocks, Lamberton Works inside. The pitcher is 4 1/4 inches tall and the sugar bowl is just a little taller with the lid. It is 4 1/2 inches in diameter. Thanks for looking!
