Vintage Blue Carnival Glass Plate Starburst Pattern

Here is a beautiful blue carnival glass dish with a ruffled edge in the Starburst pattern. It is in mint condition with lovely irridescent colors! It is 10 inches in diameter and about 2 inches deep. Made by Indiana Glass in the 1970's.
