Vintage Weiner Dog Planter/Snack Set Brown Drip

I can remember my Mom having one of these in the 50's! It is unmarked and could be used for either a planter or a snack tray. Mom used her for vines and I remember how pretty it looked on our console black and white television! There are no chips, cracks, or fine lines. There is one gold eye, the other eye is plain...so I don't know whether it just a little stray paint or if the other eye is supposed to be yellow too. This item measures about 16 inches long and about 3 inches across.
