Lead Crystal Ink Bottle and Pen Holder Vintage!

I am really not sure what you would call this. I have searched and couldn't find anything like it on the Internet or in any antique stores. My antique dealer friend didn't know what to call it either. Maybe you will look at it and realize what it is and let me know! It features a round hole, it has a slot where any excess ink would flow down to the hole where the ink is stored. It also has two grooves along the side that I think are meant to hold extra nibs. It has a diamond on the bottom. Heisey used a plain diamond before they started using the diamond with the H in the center. I'm not sure if this a Heisey piece or not. It is the only company that I found that used the plain diamond. There are some ink stains but no chips, cracks, roughness or anything else that would detract from the beauty of this piece. It's very heavy! Measures about 4 inches by 3 inches and stands 1 1/2 inches tall.
