A very old unsigned oil painting in it's original frame.Painted on a 12 x 16 canvas. Overall measurements are 20 5/8 x 16 5/8. Frame is made of dark stained oak. Subject is of stormy sunset skies and what appears to be an island cove with kayaks. Colors are nice, and overall, is in great condition. This is old but may be even older than I think. Sorry about the glare from the flash. The colors are in reality, darker than they appear in the photo.

This oil painting on canvas measures 20" x 16" and is framed. Painted by artist Mildred Ford who is famous for her desert art scapes paintings of Arizona and surrounding areas. Well know for her oil paintings with their pallette knife texture and the colors. She retired in 1981. This one is titled "Sedona Desert- Another fine Day" and is signed in the lower left. This plate is a low number of 839. Plate measures 8 1/2" in diameter and comes in the box with its certificate of authenticity.Pristine condition.
