Amazing, hard to find maroon color Harlequin Tea Pot holds 32oz. Made by Homer Laughlin Co. It's suprising how hard these are to find. This woolworth pottery that sold for nickles was meant to be used, and it was. This one is flawless and in unused condition, and in a hard to find color. Homer Laughlin 5 inch diameter coral pink or rose "36s" Bowl, a good size for a cereal or oatmeal. It was made by the Homer Laughlin Company, maker of Fiesta, in the 1940s. I guess the 36s term applies somehow to the measurements. The pattern is similar to Fiesta, designed by Frederick Rhead, introduced in the 1930's in a pure art deco style. The wild roses or flowers are in shades of pinks and lavender with soft green leaves. The rim and handle have platinum trim and shows some slight signs of wear. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. It measures 6" from tip of lip to handle, 3 1/2" tall and 3 2/4 " wide. It holds 1 cup of liquid very easily. Was made in the USA. The bottom has Homer Laughlin, Virginia Rose, Made in U.S.A. H52N8. The number is for the shape which is Virginia Rose.
