This is one of prettiest antique Schleiger Limoges Haviland patterns. I think Schleiger refers it as a star shape. Delicate color and florals, yet so elegant looking. This is a scalloped, melon edge, with the inner line being raised. The scallops have gorgeous raised embossed designs highlighted with splashes of gold,and in between these are slightly smaller raised decorations. A Beautiful Haviland Limoges France salad plate. Schleiger style with sprays of pastel florals of pinks and soft greens. Gold brushed border with scalloped inner border. Measures 7 1/2" in diameter Excellent condition with no wear. MArked with green backstamp and red back stamp also.
Traditions fine china, Johann Haviland China corporation, the backstamp reads. Moss rose pattern with gold rim trim. Bread and butter plate measures 6 1/4" in diameter and is in perfect condition with no wear visible.
