Old scenic plate of a family of ring neck pheasants. The father in flight and the mother closely watches her young one resting in the brush. Magenta air bushed border with relief scrolls. Measures 9 1/4" in diameter. No chips or cracks or scratches, just really nice shape for a plate of this age. On the back it has Ironstone, a crown logo and a ribbon, but no other determining factory name. This was possibly one plate from a set of Game birds.
