Small cookie jar measures 8 1/2" tall to the tip top of the chimney. looks to be made in a ceramics class. All hand painted and glazed. Two "very small" chips on the corners. Looks good!

The barn has a silo, and on one side is the farmer on his tractor, in the front is a pig and ducks, and in the loft sits a hen on her nest. Measures 8" tall. Good condition with the exception of teeny flea bite size glaze chips on the edges near the corners. No big chips, cracks or crazing.

Cookie Jar, N. S. Gustin, cobalt sponged cookie pot with a large white duck on the front. Nelson Sage Gustin founded the N. S. Gustin Co. in Los Angeles in 1941. The company is noted for dealing primarily in the distribution of domestic products. The cookie jars were mostly made by Los Angeles Potteries and later Designer Craft. This jar is 8 1/2" tall. This is an awesome cookie jar. Large roomy and made of heavy glazed stoneware. Glazed inside and out. Hand painted yellow and green plaid with a large tomato on the front. Measures 8 1/2" tall and has a diameter of over 8' Pristine condition. There is a large makers mark on the bottom but I can't make it out because it bleeds into the unglazed bottom. You will love this great cookie jar.

The jar is stamped and imprinted with C.A.. Made in China of "StoneLite" Clay. Dishwasher Safe. The bottom also reads South San Francisco. About 7 1/2" Diameter and 10" High ( top of apple to bottom ). Very nice condition with no chips or cracks or crazing. Pretty item.
