This chalk bank is an oldie but goodie.The dog is a basset hound. He measures 6 1/2" tall by 9 1/2" long. Heavy chalk. No repairs. Great condition for a chalk item. Minor paint chips here and there, and a small nick on the money slot. I think this was done upon casting as it seems the color is over it. Look at those eyes! So very realistic.He wants you to give him a new home. A nice large piece of chalkware. See photos of front and back.

This is a 4" tall by 6.25" long composition bank showing Snoopy contentedly lying atop a banana. One side of the bank bears the coin slot; the other bears his name in an oval decal. The original generic black rubber stopper is gone. Does have the original gold foil sticker that says "Hand made in Korea"...

Nice vintage ceramic rooster bank made by Westwood Exclusives S.F. Made in Japan. Made of a ceramic with a nice brown glaze. The rooster wears a crown and has a really cool design. Measures 6" tall and has the original stopper in the bottom. These were souvenirs and have the original sticker and price of 50.00 ea when they sold originally. The coin slot is in the neck. Kitty cat bank made of chalkware material No chips and the plaster plug is still over the hole in the bottom. Typical paint flakes and small pits. Really good condition though considering the age and material Measures 9" tall and is about 10" long. Coin slot on the back of the head.
Adorable pair of vintage ceramic mini banks. Selling them as a pair, as they have been together all these years. Mr pig wears a black hat and is winking. On the side he says"For my Cadillac", Mrs Pig wears a pink bow and says "For my trip to Europe". Both are hand painted glazed ceramic and have the same floral painted on the sides. Both are marked JAPAN in black ink under glaze. Both are 2 3/4" tall and about 4" long...
Old hand painted ceramic piggy bank has whimsical decorations. On top of the bank it says "It's easy to save money". When turned to the rear view, the rear view say's "in a pig's"... (Money slot) is here. Measures 4" tall and 5" long. No chips or cracks, but no cork.
Collectible grandpa in his rocking chair ceramic bank with a Ceremarte plug in the bottom. Same mold as the Lefton Grandpa bank. Says Retirement Fund on the back of his chair. He is enjoying his pipe and little dog on his lap. Measures 5 3/4" tall. Original stopper. Perfect condition with no chips or cracks. I will be listing a Lefton Grandma too.
This old piggy bank is adorable Nice large size nd measures 4 1/4" tall, and is about 7 1/2" long.Stopper missing, looks liethey had used tape like most of these ceramic ones did. All hand painted with calico flowers. It has the cutest face and a curly tail. No chips or damages. There is all over crazing due to age, but just gives it a nice character, and does not detract from the value.Not sure who made it, but it does have a number on the bottom 090. Maybe Lefton?

Rare hard to find Paula ceramic bank dated 1972 XB2. Poor Santa.....he looks so embarrassed! The caption reads "It's Christmas.....and here comes fatty with his bag full of crap!" Not the jolliest Christmas sentiment.. but it does make the bank unusual, and a collectible piece. Excellent like new condition complete with the rubber plug. Measures 6 1/2" tall. Perfect gift for the Scrooge on your list.

This adorable little piggy bank is in perfect condition. Small in size, it measures just 3 1/2" tall and is about 4 1/2" long. It has those little Kay Finch look eyes, and made of heavy china. Very cute. Maker unknown. It has a stopper but not the original. Would make a cute addition to your piggy bank collection or a special gift for baby's first bank.
