An extremely thin fine china cup and saucer marked CPO in a diamond on the bottom. Lovely hand painted scenic pattern of Japanese houses, a bridge over lake, and Mt. Fuji in the background. Raised relif on the cherry blossoms. Elegant gold band on the edges and accent trim. According to research this is late 1800's. Pristine condition.
Adorable little oriental boy and girl salt and pepper shaker set by ceramic Arts Studio. They measure 3" & 3 1/4" tall and are marked. Perfect condition with no damages or repairs. No stoppers.
This vintage set of wood shakers hang from a T post, On top is a figure that is hollowed to hold your toothpicks. Each hanging basket is a shaker and is the shape of an egg. One is marked with S and the other P.Bottom of eggs screw off for filling. Measures 6 1/2" tall and is in great condition. Stamped Japan.
Four piece wall ensemble is made from either teak or mahogany. Each is inlaid with brass and sterling silver in the shapes of branches, flowers birds, and butterflies. Very detailed and heavily varnished. Perfect condition. Very lovely for your vintage oriental decor. Smaller sizes are 10 3/4" x 10 3/4" square, and larger ones are 26" x 7 3/4". Nice snuff jar with an all over carved oriental design. Appears to be ivory but I'm thinking its not, as the spoon which is attatched to the lid is plastic. Brass embellishments and has either chinese or japanese writing on the bottom of the jar. Measures 2 3/4" tall. It is in excellent condition but I am clueless of the age.
Beautiful hand carved ivory pipe in its original box. An elaborate dragon is carved around the entire bowl of the pipe. It is made in Japan, Finest grade ivory. No discoloration from smoking. It looks unused.The bowls liner is stamped sterling silver, and the gold band is 14K gold. It has red japanese writing on the underside of the bowl. What a beauty!! Email for more photos.
