Beautiful Indian cover 1929. Poem by Charles O. Roos and music by J.S. Zamecnik. and Very good condition, but pages are seperated and a couple of very small tears. None of these would be noticeable if framed. Great item!!
The chief stands proudly with his wonderful hand painted coloring and lustre trims. Behind him is an opening (tree stump) to hold cigarettes, or possibly even toothpicks. I'm pretty sure he is for cigarettes but would work either way. Very faint red Made in Japan stamp on bottom. He is 4 3/4" tall/ No chips, cracks or damages. He is great. Your very own cigar indian for your smokes. Great addition to your tobaccoania collection.
