A pretty old rhodium plated sparrow in flight pin. Decorated with paste set clear rhinestones with pink baguettes on the tail and pink rhinestones in the cluster of cherries it holds in its beak. Measures 1 3/4" long.. Great condition. Gentle crazing on the backside to the rhodium plating. Pinback is excellent. No makers mark that I cna see. A great old pin.
This vintage pin Twisted gold "Mother" pin is from the 1920's. Typically made during WWI & WWII and often called "Sweetheart Pins". This pin appears to be from WWI.
The base is made from a real mother of pearl shell, which is hand carved. The gold tone metal is twisted to form the lettering, and the pin back, and appears to be gold, but not marked so. The iridescent rainbow of colors in the mother of pearl shell are still in excellent condition!
Pretty vintage snowflake pin made of silver tone plated filigree with solid turquoise rhinestone settings. Measures 1 3/8" diameter. Pristine condition! The delicate lacy open work is very delicate and pretty. No makers mark, but is very nice.
