Vintage California pottery boy figurine signed Percy by Ynez. He measures 6 3/4" tall and is in wonderful condition with some crazing. The only fault I can see is a glaze chip on the back of his hair.(barely noticeable). No cracks or repairs.He is dressed in white sailor pants and a blue bow tie. He is bowing with one hand in front and the other behind him. A very sweet figurine. 1940's era.
This is a wonderful oval casserole baker with its original lid. made of heavy clay pottery. hand painted with flowers decoration and glazed inside and out. Measures 11 1/2" long. Very nice condition and no chips or cracks that I could see. There is some crazing on the yellow decorated areas.
Nice pottery pig planter with attached trough to catch excess water. Drain hole in the planter area. Nice soft country blue glaze. Measures 8" long and is 5 1/2" tall. Excellent condition, but no idea how old or who made it.
McCoy Pottery fruit festival pitcher and bowl set. Very nice condition, no chips or cracks. Stands 9 inches tall, bowl is 10.5 wide. McCoy 7515 USA LCC mark. (Lancaster Colony Co. operated McCoy for a time period.
Here we have an adorable little lion figurine made we believe by Walker pottery or Rio Hondo. Possibly a Califoria pottery figurine. Excellent condition with no damages. Look at those iresistable eyes! He measures almost 5" long and 2 3/4" tall.
California pottery lady figurine has all of the characteristics of a Yona or Ynez pottery piece. Then it also has the heart shape lips. Yona worked with Heidi Schoop then later did her own ceramics. This little lady wears apink dress has a bouquet of pink roses and a lacy shoulder trim of lace. Lace is for the most part in wonderful condition with just a very small area chipped off. THis heavy stoneware vase was made by Marilyn in 1981. Beautiful varigated blue drip glaze. Measures 4" tall. The beauty of this little piece lies in the color and crudeness of the heavy glaze drips and glaze bursts on one side. No chips or damages, but does have these original flaws that were from the initial firing. Glaze color is inside and out.
Fifties modern style creamer, in the Malibu Modern pattern by Hollydale California first made in the 1940's. Evergreen color which was added to their line in the 1950's. Well marked on the bottom. Measures 1 3/4" to the tip top of the lip. Squatty wide style. There is a very small chip in the underside of the lip that I first missed. It had been touched up, so is almost impossible to see.
Check out this wonderful vintage, mint condition cream pitcher. Heavy, pottery with a cobalt blue glaze. White polka dots relief decoration. Hand painted 11 marking on the bottom. Measures 3 1/2" tall and is in pristine condition. Would make a lovely gift .
