This is a great old piece of art pottery by Gonder ceramic art. This was from 1941 - 1957. Heavy square vase measures 6 3/8" tall and has a heavy glaze. Pretty maroon color with nice white edge drip design. Perfect condition. It is marked but name is filled with glaze and hard to read, but you can make it out.
This lovely vintage pottery vase measures 5 1/4" tall and has a very nice shape and a pretty glaze of pink and blue combination. It has the mark lll on the bottom. Nice condition with no damages. There are two tiny fleabites on the inner rim that can be felt with your nail but not visible. This is a very lovely shape and color if you love vintage pottery. The picture does not do the actual color justice.
I know nothing about this amazing piece of pottery. It is extremely heavy, and has interesting glaze effects. It does have a fleur de lis mark impressed into the bottom. (see photo). It has matte, glazed, metalic and even crackle sections of finishes. In the photo the inside of the vase shows a light color, but is actually a charcoal color like the bottom. This little lady appears to sit on a bench with a wall in the back, which is the planter part of the vase. She is hand painted, glazed pottery and marked Florence ceramics, Pasadena, California. She is part of the Garden girl series, She wears a cream dress with little blue flowers. She is in perfect condition! She measures 5 1/2" tall.
Very old pottery planter in a swans shape. Very deco! Made in Japan. No chips or cracks but some of the paint is flaking from the cold paint on the beak. The other painted decorations are under the glaze. Measures 7" tall.Mild crazing.

Hand painted and glazed pottery vase by Vallona Starr California. Signed Bess 1960. Hand painted roses looks exactly like the Franciscan desert rose pattern.These vases are never decorated exactly the same that I have seen. This would make a great centerpiece for that set. Measures 5" tall. Very good condition with the exception of a small glaze chip on one of the leaves that is hard to see. Could be easily touched up as small as it is. Minor age crazing.
Nice primitive look southwestern vase. Small size measuring only 4 1/4" tall. Flat shape, made of red clay pottery. Hand painted pueblo hacienda, with the mountains sun and clouds in the background. All over glazed. Initals in the bottom S.H. No chips or cracks.
