Not sure if this is a big baked potato with butter, or a big crusty roll. made of hand painted glazed ceramic. Measures 6 1/2" tall and is about 10" long. No cracks or chips. There is age crazing though noticeable from inside the cookie jar. Really good condition though,and a neat addition to your cookie jar collection. No makers marks or stickers.

Gibson Housewares Santa Claus Cookie Jar. He is sitting down and holds a Christmas tree. This company has been in business since 1970. This cookie jar has been discontinued and dates from about 1980 to 1994. It stands 11 inches tall x 7 inches wide x 7 inches deep. Without the lid it is 6 inches tall. Jar is brightly decorated for the holiday season and is sure to add a sense of mirth and merriment to your home...

Solid white, no paint, just a little on the mouth. Head for the pig cookie jar made by American Bisque. Will fit a 3 1/4" opening.Normal crazing, No chips or cracks. There are some glaze flakes on one eyebrow, cheek, and nose. Good condition though if you are trying to replace one you broke.

This is a wonderful limited edition cookie jar from 1999. Very large capacity, double snowmen or snow people, Mr & Mrs. On the shovel is perced a little red bird, and written in gold it says "Let it Snow 1999". Made by the Asia Master Group. This cookie jar is pristine and looks to never have been used. Measures 11 1/2" tall and is about 10 1/2" wide. Adorable detailing and decoration. Will be double boxed. I reccomend insurance.

Cute and practical cookie jar has all over relif designs of assorted fruits, such as apples, cherries, plums, pears, ect. Made of hand painted glazed ceramic. All decoration under glaze. Measures 9 1/2" tall. Great condition but there are a few glaze nicks on the lid which are barely noticeable. No chips or cracks. Made by Alco International.

A wonderful little half gallon size "cookies" crock with lid. Made of heavy salt glazed crockery. Under the glaze is a decoration of Little boy Blue, Mary Mary Quite Contrary, another, and the word COOKIES. Victorian period look. Measures 7 3/4" tall with the lid on. I do not know the age. The bottom stamp is a red crown with the partial makers name. WARE is the only word I cn make out. Across the bottom is also scribed into the crock 1/2 GAL. The knob on the lid also has 1/2 (for half gallon)...

This is a Metlox Lucy Goose, In another book it was listed as Granny Goose. Please don't confuse Granny Goose with Mother Goose that was also made by Metlox. Lucy is 14 1/4 inches tall and marked with impressed, Metlox Calif USA. She has no chips or cracks. Lucy Goose was designed by Helen McIntosh who designed many of the most popular Metlox cookie jars. The Collector's Encyclopedia of Metlox Potteries lists her value as $150.

Nice older glazed ceramic cookie jar is a nice large size. Simple and sweet old fashioned bunny rabbit in a dress with blue collar and trim and a pink tie. Would be wonderful for Easter. Measures 11 1/2" tall and has no chips or damages. All paint decoration is under glaze. All over gentle crazing typical of an older jar.

This funy little Christmas pup has been into the decorations. Not sure if this is Maxines dog or not. He has a gold star over one eye. My friend said this jar was at the Hallmark store. Anyway, it measures just 7 1/2" tall. More of a treat jar size. It has a real jingle bell hanging from the tail of the dog. Pristine condition, and very cute.
