A Cute pair of vintage ceramic salt and pepper shakers. Indian chief and his Indian woman. Chief is 4" tsll. Both have their plastic stoppers and are in great condition with no damages.
Pair of chalk african man & woman busts. These are a matched set. I'm not sure of the age, but most likely 40+ years of age. They are solid cast, with nice weight. They measure about 9 1/4" tall. Nicely sculpted to appear life like. Good condition with the exception of a few chips on the bottom.( These are not noticeable when sitting on the table. Nice example of African art. This is an awesome handpainted piece of pottery. It measures 7 1/4" diameter,and is signed on the back by the artist. I have included a photo of the signature though I cannot make it out. It is Australian, I believe. It depicts the profile of a warriers face, spears, and distant trees which appears to be the outback.There is crazing in the glaze. No damages, chips, or cracks. Such a wonderful item! Not sure of the age. I have personally had it 15+ years, and aquired it at a tag sale.
Old hand carved tribal art pieces made of wood and embellished with beads. Figures measures 12 1/2" tall and are in great condition with the exception of the stick is missing that was in the man's hand. The clothing they are wearing appears to be decorated with natural dyes. No cracks or splits or chips missing. Wood is of a medium weight. No signatures or marks that I can see. This is an Alva Museum Replica that was made in the 1970's. It is a Japanese Tsuba (Sword guard). Alva made a large line of high quality museum replicas, both jewelery and sculpture. Everything Alva made is high quality. This is gold electroplated, I originally thought it to be brass, but I was corrected. The original museum piece original, is from 18th-19th Century and it is signed Masatsune of Musashi. It is described as openwork design of cranes. This museum replica was made in the 1970's...
Old chinese export ginger jar measures 13" tall and is in excellent condition with no damages. Made of heavy porcelain with Blue enamel polychrome design of two chinese pheasants in a nest. The remainder of the jar has brances and pink flowers and a flying pheasant (this side pictured). This has an odd marking on the bottom (you will have to email me for the photo) if I don't get more posted.I could not find any info on the marking at all...
This is a wonderful vintage Turner wall art Accessory. Framed and measures 30 1/4" x 37 1/2". Original Turner labels on the back states it is called Ceramic tiled Buddah. Original framing . Gold needs to be touched up on a small portion of the frame otherwise fantastic condition. This is unique, and it looks lavish with all of the gold accenting and three dimensional dancer.
Unusual item for me to have! This blow gun come from the Amazon and is complete with the carrier with strap that holds the long thin darts for the gun. The round ball that is atteched, holds the wadding they use to pack the darts into the gun. Original wadding and darts come with the set. Made of bamboo. Blow Gun measures 33" long, and the carrier for the darts is 12" long...
Authentic Native American squatty vase, Sand painted Indian Eagle dancer, and a mountain on the back side. Measures just under 4" tall. No chips or cracks. Hand signed JY, but not sure of who this is. Probably 1980's era. I have a matching piece listed signed by the same artist. No damages or repairs, NICE. Inside has a few scratches and scuffs.
