Has the declaration of Independence wrote on the front, a circular picture of the signing, and all signatures at the bottom. Perfect condition. Not sure exactly when this plate was issued. Old porcelain figurine of little black baby going potty. He is perched on top of the toilet instead of sitting on it in a regular way. On the front of the toilet it says You-R-Next. Measures 3 1/4" tall. Japan stamp, no damages as far as cracks or chips. Light spot on the tummy and hand where it had been missed when originally painted.
