Hallmark Keepsake porcelain bell ornament.Third in the Dickens Caroler Bell Collection 1992- Porcelain "Lord Chadwick" adds his hearty voice to the other carolers in the Special Edition Victorian bell collection. Fashioned in fine porcelain and painted by hand, the ornament is the creation of Hallmark sculptor Robert Chad. Excellent condition but no box.
