Lovely Early Brilliant Cut glass cruet with flowers

A lovely Early Brilliant Cut Glass Cruet. It is not marked and I do not know the maker, but it is a beauty!!! It is heavy... weighing in @ ~ 1.5 lbs, and stands ~ 7" tall with stopper in. Designed w/ cut flowers encircling the base... The stopper is present and nestles perfectly into the cruet. The stopper does have a chip on the very bottom, but the cruet is perfect. The applied handle has oval shaped designs, which repeat around the neck. Very good condition... No nicks/cracks/breaks noted to the bottle... only some light surface marks on the base and some tiny air bubbles present from the making of the piece... The stopper has the chip as mentioned.
