This looks like McCoy made it, but I'm not positive. It does have all of their characteristics though. This sweet little scotty would be perfect for many uses because of his size. Nice for a small bouquet, a cactus, to keep your pencils in, or to keep your makeup brushes together, unlimited uses. Measures just 4" tall. All over green glaze, with no chips or cracks. There is a glaze pop on the edge as you can see in the photo. He is so adorable though, don't you think? He is just Begging for a new home.
