The American Woman's Cook Book
This is a wonderful old cook book from 1941 by Ruth Berolzheimer. This cook book is quite extensive, it contains everything about cooking and preserving food. Nice tabs so you can easily find the chapter you are looking for. The book is over 816 pages and it has hundreds of illustrations and color plates. The book measures 8-1/4" by 5-3/4" and it is 2" thick. It is in wonderful condition with no damages to any of the pages. On inspection it only shows minimal edge wear - it is clean and bright and ready to use. My mother had this same cookbook when I was growing up. I love the inside cover photos of the colorful candies and cookies.
