Lenox Green Mark Hawthorne Pattern centerpiece bowl. Beautiful antique/vintage Lenox original Green Mark pre 1930. Lenox added "Made in USA" in 1931 to the green backstamp. Hawthorne china pattern centerpiece/serving bowl. This is the original green wreath mark and says Lenox.
It has the beautiful translucency that defined the early years of Lenox and has not been repeated. Lenox made Belleek /Lenox in the early part of the century. This pattern was the first produced by Lenox in 1889.
It is a lovely ivory color with scalloped/folded edge and has the embossed flower design. There is a small chip on the under edge of one of the folded scallops.
Otherwise no chips cracks or crazing.
It is an incredibly beautiful piece. Dimensions are: approximately 10 1/2" diameter and 4 1/4" tall.
