Norman Rockwell Sharing A Smile Heritage series plate

"Sharing A Smile" Knowles collector plate from the Rockwell Heritage collection. This Limited edition hand numbered collector plate of "Sharing A Smile" is from the Knowles Company. It is approximately 8 1/2" diameter. It is in excellent condition. It is produced on hard-fired porcelain to the highest quality and artistic standards of the Bradford Exchange in 1999. This is the 23rd issue in the "The Rockwell Heritage Collection" by Norman Rockwell. The certificate of authenticity comes from the Bradex Company and the number on the certificate matches the plate. Plate with certificate but No box. Great if you collect clowns too!
