Corning Corelle Pink trio pattern mug and saucer

Corning Corelle Mug with saucer, Pink Trio pattern by Corning 1995 to 2009. Discontinued. This pattern is identified as Corelle, Pink flowers, tan leaves, smooth and white pastel colors with swirl border. This pattern of Pink Trio By Corning was made and introduced as Sculptured Corelle in 1988. Initially the cups were made of Suprema glass-ceramic, but about 1999 their composition changed to Corning Ware. They have a capacity of 8 oz. Cups for most Corelle patterns were phased out in 2009, and Sculptured cups have been replaced by large mugs with a similar style. Corning Ware is not glazed at all; it is self-glazing, meaning that its base material is capable of producing a smooth surface spontaneously during heat-treatment.
