1965 Kentucky Derby mint julep drinking glass Run for the Roses

1965 Kentucky Derby mint julep glass. The front depicts a highly detailed drawing of two race horses and jockeys thundering down the track in front of a packed Churchill Downs grandstand. Above is a banner saying “Kentucky Derby Churchill Downs,” and below it says “Run for the Roses.” Colors are red, brown, and white on a completely frosted background. The back features a large bouquet of red roses in a vase, around which are listed all the Kentucky Derby winners from 1875-1964. No markings for Triple Crown winners or fillies. Glass stands 5-1/4" tall x 2-3/4" in diameter. Perfect condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches.Graphics are bright and crisp with no fading.
