Pretty hand blown cased glass jack in the pulpit style vase 15 3/8"

This pretty hand blown vase has pretty colors of blue with green, and cased in white Stretch style with a Jack in the pulpit lip. Partially ground bottom. Measures 15 3/8" tall at the tallest point. Not sure of where this was made, perhaps Murano.
