Vintage ceramic old fashioned young lady figurine 9.75"

THis lovely old figurine is made of hand painted ceramic. She measures 9 3/4" tall and wears a long ruffled dress with pink roses on the trim with blue ribon trim. She holds a matching pink rose, and wears one in her hair. All decoration is under glaze. No chips or damages. There is typical crazing under the glaze. On the bottom, handwritten , says: to Mamie from mamma and daddy.
