Homco style bisque porcelain figurine of a shoe cobbler

Wonderful hand painted bisque porcelain older man shoe cobbler figurine. He is seated and diligently works on a ladies shoe repair. Measures 9 1/2" tall. Very nice condition with no issues.N makers mark or id stickers. But looks like a Homco figure.
