Cobalt blue and shiny gold ceramic dolphins figurine Hawaii

Amazing ceramic figurine of two dolphins are deep cobalt blue with shiny gold bell, eyes and highlights. The gleaming gold against the cobalt blue is quite striking. Measures 8 1/2" tall. Perfect condition with do damages or dulling to the gold. This was brought back from Hawaii in 2004, and signed in pencil, and signed on the bottom by the artist M. Noss ? I can't be sure if that's the letters I am seeing, and also signed Hawaii 2004.
