It flairs out on ends to resemble Napolean's hat. Piece measures approx. 14 1/4" long, 8" wide and 4" to 4 1/2" tall depending where measured.This vintage glassware was sold in homes,very much like Mary Kay, Pampered Chef and Longaberger baskets. Now VERY RARE and hard to find in this color and especially this pattern and piece. Another company who made a similar bowl referred to this as an orange bowl, but books states it's Napoleon's hat. This is in pristine condition with no flaws found.
