Degenhart forget me not toothpick holder blue and brown slag

Vintage Degenhart Glass Footed Toothpick Holder in the pretty Forget me not pattern. Not sure of the proper name Degenhart gives this but the info that came with this said there were only 50 made in this color. But it is a lovely sky blue slag with hints of brown. Marked inside with the D in heart logo. It is approx. 2.5" tall x 2.25" wide. No chips or damages. I will be listing more toothpicks in this pattern but different colors.
