Large Hand painted Egg Vase Napco

Gorgeous hand painted egg vase on three curled legs. This one is larger than most I encounter. It measures almost 6 1/2" tall. It is a soft pink with hand painted roses around the entire vase. It is embellished with liberal gold trims. No sticker but has its #3H3199/L which I believe is a Napco number. It is in perfect condition and no wear on the gold.
