Being a limited edition, is numbered also, has the original box with all the paperwork and certificates of authenticity. It is based on an original historic lighthouse. This is the special Christmas 2001 edition for Michigan City Indiana. Great detail, even has tiny children having a snowball fight and a Snowman, a bare tree, and the fishing boat covered for the winter. Nice contemporary collectible at a fair price.
