Declaration of Independence collectors plate

A Special Edition collectors plate that is hand numbered. Issued by the American Treasury. Plate made of white porcelain with gold trim. Measures 10 1/4" in diameter. Has the declaration of Independence wrote on the front, a circular picture of the signing, and all signatures at the bottom. Perfect condition. Not sure exactly when this plate was issued. It is older, and not new.Email for more pics.
