From the Hamilton collection, this is the Chokin Friendship plate by artists Shuho and Senkin Kage. Plate measures 6" in diameter, made of fine porcelain. Limited edition,only 10 firing days, hand numbered. Design etched onto copper and gilded with pure gold and silver. Chokin centerpiece is fused to the plates fine porcelain body which is further designed and trimmed with 23 kt gold and platinum.
