Plastic Hummel like, goose girl ornament, Hong Kong

Little plastic figure measures 4 1/2" tall. Moveable arms that lift the dish up and down (I have her arms raised up in this photo). Made in Hong Kong to look like a Hummel figure. Has hole in the top where it was used to hang as an ornament
