Fenton cobalt blue bell, hand painted flowers, signed

Pretty cobalt blue glass bell is hand painted and signed by the artist, C Smith. Pretty handpainted flowers in white, contrast against the dark cobalt blue color. Bell measures 4 1/2" tall, has a crystal clapper and gentle ruffling at the bottom. Original stickers, but no box. Perfect condition.
