Vintage bear licking lips, cookie jar, USA

Adorable little brown bear cookie jar sits with a cookie in hand and is licking his lips. Made of glazed ceramic with cold paint accent trims on face and feet. Marked 405 USA. I believe he is Treasure Craft or a California Originals. Measures 11 1/2" tall and he is perfect!! No damages at all!!
