Hallmark 1994 carousel horse ornament by Tobin Fraley

A wonderful porcelain hand decorated carousel horse designed by artist Tobin Fraley for Hallmark cards. Nice brass base with date and artists signature. This is an ornament but stands independantly if you would like to display it as a figurine. Measures 5 1/2" tall plus the ring. Excellent condition. No box.
